Returns Policy

We hope you will be happy with your purchase. Once you have received your goods we encourage you to phone or email us with any queries you may have.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to let us know if the item is unwanted. We will need to know your order reference, the model name and size of the model you are returning and the date you ordered. We can arrange collection at a minimum cost of £50. Refunds are given on return of the item.

We will provide a refund if the product you have selected is found to be unsuitable within 7 working days following delivery, providing the product is returned in it's original packaging, in 'as new' condition, unmarked and all polyutherane packaging un-opened. Please ensure that the product is checked for any sign of damage before disposing of the packaging. We would also request that orders are checked to ensure they are the correct size, colour, model etc before assembling the product as we cannot acccept returns of items that have been assembled. Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept back any mattresses that have been removed from there original packaging, so please make sure you have received the correct item before removing the packaging.

Once goods have been returned in the original undamaged packaging a full refund to the card used to make the purchased will be made. We do not charge for collection of items which are faulty or damaged, but a £50.00 collection charge will be made where items are unwanted.

Our partners use typically 3.5 tonne Luton body vehicles for deliveries, these vehicles are typically 11ft tall and around 6’8” wide. It is therefore the customer’s responsibility to inform us or the delivery company during the booking in of delivery of any weight, height, width and parking restrictions so we can make the necessary arrangements. Should a vehicle be unable to reach your property, due to the nature of a roadway, then a £40.00 failed delivery charge will be levied.

Please note this returns policy does not apply to items that have been specifically tailored to your requirements or special order items which may be subject to a restocking fee.
