Delivery lead times:
As our products are sourced from different suppliers lead times do vary. The vast majority of orders placed with us are delivered within a 2 week period. Estimated delivery lead times are given for each product within the product listing. If you have certain deadlines to meet please call us before placing your order.
If certain items are out of stock with both us and our suppliers resulting in the delivery of our customer’s order being delayed we will contact the customer via email or telephone to inform them of this.

Delivery Charges:
We offer a free of charge delivery service. This pricing structure is for UK mainland only however the following post codes are exempt from this, AB, KW, IV, Pa and PH. All customers residing in areas that require an additional charge will be contacted once their order has been received.

Delivery vehicles:
Our partners use typically 3.5 tonne Luton body vehicles for deliveries, these vehicles are typically 11ft tall and around 6’8” wide. It is therefore the customer’s responsibility to inform us or the delivery company during the booking in of delivery of any weight, height, width and parking restrictions so we can make the necessary arrangements. Should a vehicle be unable to reach your property, due to the nature of a roadway, then a £40.00 failed delivery charge will be levied.

During delivery:
It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that firstly there is parking as close to the property as possible and that all walkways are clear to make the delivery as efficient as possible. Delivery is to ground floor only.

Rejected deliveries
Items being signed for during delivery are being signed for in good condition. The customer has the right to check the item for any defects at the point of delivery and the delivery teams are able to assist in the unpacking of the item. If an item is returned at a later date for any damage a £25 pickup charge is levied to the customer.
